- Connect with, circulate and store energy, using a varied bouquet of Qi Gong practices
- Get back in touch with flexibility and body ease through gentle and thorough martial arts warm ups, and meditative breathing
- Learn traditional Yang Tai Chi "forms", carefully and in a detailed yet deeply relaxing way, for your maximum health benefit
- How to apply some of the concepts and healing aspects of these remarkable practices for balance and contentment in daily life

Elissa's class has a wonderful balance of fluid Qi Gong movements that flow into disciplined Tai Chi forms that we love learning as a couple.
