Elissa Berardi is certified as a Tai Chi instructor by the Oriental Fitness Institute of Philadelphia and has taught Tai Chi since 2010. She is also certified to teach Tai Chi for Osteoporosis and Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention by the international Tai Chi for Health Institute. In addition, Elissa studied at the Omega Institute in New York, studied and taught at the Won Institute, and has trained with many east and west coast Masters.

- Connect with, circulate and store energy using a varied bouquet of Qigong practices
- Get back in touch with flexibility and body ease through gentle and thorough martial arts warmups and meditative breathing
- Learn traditional Yang Tai chi forms carefully in a detailed yet deeply relaxing way for your maximum health benefit
- How to apply some of these concepts and healing aspects of these remarkable practices for balance and contentment in daily life
