Tai Chi and Qi Gong Personal Training

A Unique Approach:  
Experience the wonderful benefits of Tai Chi and Qi Gong through personal training designed to address your needs and goals for health and wellness.  

We will learn how to: 
  • Connect with, circulate and store energy, using a varied bouquet of Qi Gong practices  
  • Get back in touch with flexibility and body ease through gentle and thorough martial arts warm ups, and meditative breathing
  • Learn traditional Yang Tai Chi "forms", carefully and in a detailed yet deeply relaxing way, for your maximum health benefit
  • How to apply some of the concepts and healing aspects of these remarkable practices for balance and contentment in daily life

Currently Accepting New Students:  Individuals and small groups of two or three students
The training is a fun and life-enhancing experience for couples or friends to share.
