Whether you are a potter, painter or have been curious about Tai Chi, join Elissa for a joyous Tai Chi class that fosters centering and relaxation while improving your balance, energy, joint comfort and strength. Her 4-week session will include an excellent set of warm-ups that you’ll love doing daily--invigorating Qigong breathing exercises, and the basics of safe, flowing, and soothing Tai Chi movements.
Both new and returning learners are welcome.
Elissa Berardi is certified as a Tai Chi instructor by the Oriental Fitness Institute of Philadelphia and has taught Tai Chi since 2010. She is also certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention (recommended by the CDC) and Tai Chi for Osteoporosis by the international Tai Chi for Health Institute. In addition, Elissa studied at the Omega Institute in New York, studied and taught at the Won Institute, and trained with many east and west coast Masters.
