Elissa's class has a wonderful balance of fluid Qi Gong movements that flow into disciplined Tai Chi forms that we love learning as a couple.  We are already seeing the difference, with a reduction of stress and better balance and strength, and we expect these dividends will continue as we age.   --R. and L.W.                                                                                                    ​
